TeleHealth365 HIPAA Statement

TeleHealth365’s secure video conference system is HIPAA compliant because it is fully encrypted and does not function as an information repository of ElectronicHealth Records (EHRs) or Protected Health Information (PHI).

TeleHealth365 secure video conferencing system is a cloud-based system. All audio and video streams are fully encrypted from point-to-point. TeleHealth365 does not have access to any identifiable health information that is communicated over the encrypted audio and video streams.

Based on its fully encrypted current offering, TeleHealth365 doesn’t see the need to offer a “Business Associated Agreement.” If a “Business Associated Agreement” is required, please contact TeleHealth365. Each request will be evaluated on its merit.
